From north of Lynchburg

 Take 29 By-pass to Route 210 Exit.  Go west 2 miles and go through 3 stop lights. After the last light, Amcar Rental will be on the left.

From south of Lynchburg

 Take Route 29 to Route 460, take 29 By-pass to Route 210 Exit.  Go west  2 miles and go through 3 stop lights.  After the last light, Amcar Rental will be on the left.

From east and west of Lynchburg

 From Route 460, take 29 By-pass and cross the James River and take the first exit to Route 210 Exit.  Go west 2 miles and go through 3 stop lights.  After the last light, Amcar Rental will be on the left.

From Lynchburg Expressway (29 Business)

 After crossing James River (Carter Glass Bridge), take first exit to Route 210 (Old Town Connector).  At the stop light at the top of the ramp, take a left and go straight through another light and Amcar Rental will be on the left.

From Downtown Lynchburg

 From Fifth Street, take the John Lynch Memorial Bridge across the James River,  turns into Route 163.  At the first stop light, turn right onto Old Town Connector (Route 210) (to Wright Shop Road and CVTS) .  Amcar Rental will be on the right before the first stop light.

From south of the Town of Amherst

Take South Amherst Highway (Route 29 Business), to the last exit in Amherst County, on to Route 210 (to Wright Shop Road and CVTS) at the stop light at the top of the ramp turn right onto Old Town Connector and Amcar Rental will be on the left.
